In the event of any conflict between point 2 of this Article and the Plan Price List, the Plan Price List valid at the time the Plan is ordered or, as the case may be, at the time the Subscription Period is renewed shall prevail.
-
The User is entitled to use the FREE Plan free of charge and without time limitation. The period of use of the FREE Plan commences at the moment of Registration.
-
The Company is entitled to change the scope of functions of individual Plans, add new Plans or discontinue the provision of any Plan. A change in the scope of a Paid Plan to the detriment of the User takes effect no earlier than from the beginning of the Subscription Period following its notification to the User in accordance with Article XX of these GTC.
-
Upon expiry of the Subscription Period without renewal, upon expiry of the OPEN access period or following a Plan Change to a lower Plan, the User's Information is retained in the Account; Calculations exceeding the Active Calculation limit of the new Plan become inactive (read-only) and the locked items of the Works Price List are locked again. The User may at any time select a higher Plan and reactivate the Calculations.
Article VI - Payment Terms
-
All prices of the Services are stated in euro (EUR) excluding VAT, in all Country Versions. VAT is added to the price in accordance with applicable legal regulations depending on the status and the registered office or place of business of the User. A User who is a taxable person from another Member State of the European Union is obliged to provide a valid VAT identification number (IČ DPH); in such case the reverse charge mechanism may apply. The User is responsible for the correctness of the details relevant for the application of VAT.
-
The User is entitled to use a Paid Plan in return for the fee set out in the Plan Price List (the “Subscription Fee”). The Subscription Fee is payable monthly in advance for each Subscription Period.
-
The Subscription Fee is due at the start of the Subscription Period. Payments are made by payment card via the Payment Gateway or by another method designated by the Company. The User acknowledges that payment details are processed by the operator of the Payment Gateway and that its terms also apply to payment processing; the Company does not have access to the full payment card details of the User.
-
The Subscription Fee is automatically renewed for each subsequent Subscription Period at the price according to the Plan Price List valid at the time of renewal, until the Paid Plan is cancelled by the User. By selecting a Paid Plan, the User expressly consents to the automatic recurring collection of the Subscription Fee from the payment card entered in the Payment Gateway at the beginning of each Subscription Period.
-
The User may cancel the Paid Plan at any time in the Account settings in the Application or in the customer portal of the Payment Gateway (Stripe). Cancellation takes effect upon expiry of the current Subscription Period; until then the User has the Paid Plan available in full, after which the Account switches to the FREE Plan. The User is not bound by any minimum term of the Paid Plan. Cancellation of the Paid Plan under this point is the only way for the User to terminate the Paid Plan; this is without prejudice to the User's right to withdraw from the Agreement on grounds laid down by law.
-
The Subscription Fee paid for a commenced Subscription Period is not refunded, not even on a pro rata basis, if the User cancels the Paid Plan during the Subscription Period or does not use it. This is without prejudice to the User's rights arising from defects in the Services under Article XIII of these GTC.
-
OPEN is a one-off performance. The price for OPEN is due upon ordering, access is activated without undue delay after successful payment and expires automatically 5 days after activation. OPEN is not renewed and the Company does not make any recurring charges in connection with it. The price for OPEN is not refunded once access has been activated.
-
The User is entitled to make a Plan Change at any time. In the case of a Plan Change to a higher Paid Plan, the change takes effect immediately and the Company charges the price of the new Plan, or a pro rata part thereof for the remainder of the current Subscription Period, in the manner set out in the Application and in the Payment Gateway. In the case of a Plan Change to a lower Plan, the change takes effect upon expiry of the current Subscription Period, unless the Application provides otherwise.
-
If payment of the Subscription Fee fails upon renewal of the Subscription Period (e.g. due to an invalid card or insufficient funds), the Company may retry the payment and will notify the User by e-mail. If payment is not made even within an additional period of 7 days, the Account switches to the FREE Plan with the consequences set out in Article V point 6 of these GTC.
-
The Company will issue to the User a tax document (invoice) for payment of the Subscription Fee or the price for OPEN without undue delay after payment and will make it available in the Account or send it to the User's e-mail address. The invoice is issued to the billing details entered by the User in the Payment Gateway or in the Application. The User expressly consents to the issuing and sending of invoices in electronic form. The date of delivery of an electronic invoice is deemed to be the date on which it is sent to the User's e-mail address or the date on which it is made available in the Account.
-
The Company is entitled to change the prices of the Plans. A change in the price of a Paid Plan takes effect vis-à-vis the User no earlier than from the beginning of the Subscription Period following the expiry of 30 days from notification of the change to the User's e-mail address. If the User does not agree with the price change, it is entitled to cancel the Paid Plan before the change takes effect.
-
The Company is entitled to cancel the User's Account if a breach of these GTC is not remedied even after written (electronic) notice within the period set by the Company, which may not be shorter than 5 days. In such case, the Subscription Fee paid is not refunded to the extent permitted by law.
Article VII - Works Price List and Country Versions
-
The Works Price List is publicly available on the Website for more than 25 countries, each country having its own Country Version with its own indicative prices, currency, regions, regional and city surcharges and language.

Prices are stated excluding VAT unless stated otherwise in the relevant Country Version. The date of the last update is indicated for individual categories of works.
-
Neither the Works Price List, the Calculations nor the AI Content constitute an offer by the Company to conclude a contract, a binding quotation, an expert opinion or a guarantee that works or materials will be available at the stated prices. The final price of a specific job may vary depending on the condition of the property, access, scope, timing, quality of materials, location, qualification of the contractor and other circumstances. The designation “Price from” expresses the starting price per unit of measurement under standard conditions.
-
The Company does not guarantee that the Works Price List is at any time complete, accurate, up to date or suitable for any particular purpose. The Company is entitled at any time to change or supplement the Works Price List, lock its items for the FREE Plan or discontinue a Country Version.
-
A User who is not registered may use the Works Price List free of charge for internal purposes within its business activity to the extent displayed on the Website, and Articles VII, VIII, XIII, XIV and XXI of these GTC also apply to such User.
-
Irrespective of the Country Version used by the User, the Agreement is governed by these GTC, the prices of the Plans are stated in euro and the Services are provided by the Company having its registered office in the Slovak Republic. Country Versions do not constitute an adaptation of the Agreement to the legal system of the relevant country.
-
Translations of the Website, the Works Price List and the Application into other languages are provided for ease of use. The Company is not liable for inaccuracies in translation; in the event of any discrepancy, the Slovak version of the GTC shall prevail.
Article VIII - Licence Terms
- The Parties have agreed on the following terms for the grant of the Licence to the Application:
- Manner of use: exclusively for the User's own internal use within its business activity. The source code of the Application is not made available to the User and the User is not entitled to modify, adapt, process or combine the Application with another work, make copies of it, distribute it, link it, display it publicly or otherwise disseminate or make available the content of the Application in a manner contrary to these GTC.

- Consideration for the Licence: the Company's remuneration for the grant of the Licence is included in the Subscription Fee or the price for OPEN, as applicable; in the FREE Plan the Licence is granted free of charge.
- Dealing with the Licence: the User is not entitled to grant a sublicence to any third party or assign rights under the Licence without the prior written consent of the Company.
- Legal nature of the Licence: the grant of the Licence does not confer on the User any ownership or other rights to the Application beyond the authorisations expressly set out in these GTC.
-
All elements of the Application and the Website, in particular graphics, texts, articles, user interface, logos and trade marks, the structure, arrangement and content of the Works Price List, databases, predefined sets of works and materials, labour productivity standards, Quotation templates and software, are protected by copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties. Copying, extraction, dissemination or reproduction of these elements without the prior written consent of the Company is prohibited, except for use expressly permitted by these GTC.

The Company is entitled to use third-party services (providers of artificial intelligence models) to provide AI Content, to which the User's inputs may be transferred for this purpose to the extent necessary to generate the output. The User undertakes not to include in inputs for artificial intelligence any personal data of Clients beyond what is necessary to create the Calculation, or any other sensitive or confidential information not required for that purpose.
-
The Quotation is created, edited and sent exclusively by the User, in its own name and at its own responsibility. The Company merely provides the technical means for its creation, sending, tracking of opening and online acceptance. The Quotation is an offer of the User, not of the Company; the Company is not a contracting party, representative, intermediary or guarantor in the relationship between the User and the Client.
-
The User is responsible for the content of the Quotation, in particular for the correctness of prices, measurements, terms, schedule, payment schedule, statement of VAT and mandatory particulars under the legal regulations applicable to its business, and for compliance with information obligations towards a Client who is a consumer. The User is also responsible for performing the obligations towards the Client arising from an accepted Quotation.
-
Online acceptance of a Quotation by the Client via a link is a technical function of the Application; the Company does not guarantee that such acceptance will have the legal effect of concluding a contract between the User and the Client under the law applicable to their relationship, nor does it verify the identity of the Client. The User is obliged to secure the legal effects of the Client's acceptance of the Quotation by its own means.
-
The User is responsible for having a legal basis for processing Clients' personal data in the Application and for sending Quotations to Clients, and for having informed Clients of the processing of their personal data to the extent required by law. The Company processes Clients' personal data on behalf of the User as a processor in accordance with Article XVIII of these GTC.
-
Tracking of the opening of a Quotation by the Client is based on technical means which may not always be reliable (e.g. image blocking, browser settings). The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of information on the opening of a Quotation.
-
A Client accessing a Quotation or shared Calculation via a link is not required to register and no contractual relationship with the Company arises for the Client; Articles VII, VIII and XIV of these GTC and the Company's privacy policy apply mutatis mutandis to the Client's access.
Article XII - Availability of the Application and Support Services
-
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties as to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, security or other characteristics.
-
The Application and the Website may contain links to other websites or third-party services (e.g. Google, Stripe), for whose content and operation the Company is not responsible.
-
The Company does not guarantee any particular level of Availability of the Application. Availability of the Application may be limited due to updates, maintenance, third-party outages or other unforeseeable events. The Company will endeavour to carry out scheduled maintenance outside normal working hours and to give advance notice thereof.
-
The Company provides Support Services electronically via the e-mail address set out in Article IX of these GTC or via tools in the Application, on working days according to its current capacity. The Company will make reasonable efforts to remedy reported errors within a reasonable period.
-
The Application may be temporarily unavailable during the provision of Support Services or maintenance; short-term unavailability to the extent usual for services of this kind does not give rise to any entitlement to a reduction of the Subscription Fee. If unavailability of a Paid Plan caused by the Company exceeds 72 consecutive hours, the User is entitled to a pro rata reduction of the Subscription Fee for the period of unavailability, which the Company will provide by way of an extension of the Subscription Period or a credit note.
-
Support Services do not include training, individual customisation, bespoke development, checking the correctness of Calculations and Quotations or professional advice.
-
The User is responsible for providing its own technical equipment, an up-to-date web browser and internet access necessary to use the Application and bears the associated costs.
-
The Company reserves the right to improve, change or update the Application and to add or remove functions, including without prior notice, provided that this does not result in a substantial reduction in the scope of a Paid Plan to the detriment of the User; in such case Article V point 5 of these GTC applies.
Article XIII - Liability of the Company and Defects in the Services
-
The Company is not liable for the content, correctness, completeness or currency of the Information, Calculations, Quotations and other content created by the User in the Application, nor for decisions of the User or the Client made on their basis.
-
The Company is not liable for the prices in the Works Price List, in Calculations or in AI Content corresponding to actual market prices at a specific time and place, nor for any difference between the indicative price and the price actually achieved or paid by the User or the Client.
-
The Company is not liable for damage to, loss of or incompleteness of data caused by internet failures, poor connectivity, the User's device, third-party interference, the User's conduct or events beyond the Company's control.
-
The Company is not liable for damage resulting from unavailability of the Application, unavailability of third-party services (in particular Google, Stripe or artificial intelligence providers), blocking or cancellation of the Account in accordance with these GTC, or for any other damage not caused by the Company's fault.
-
The Company is not liable for the relationship between the User and the Client, for the performance or non-performance of obligations arising from a Quotation, for the Client's payment discipline or for the Client's claims against the User.
-
The Company is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business opportunities, damage to reputation, loss of data or for indirect, consequential or incidental damage. The total liability of the Company towards the User for all damage arising from or in connection with a single Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the User to the Company for the Services during the 12 months preceding the occurrence of the damaging event; if the User has used only the FREE Plan, the Company's liability is limited to €100. The Parties declare that this limitation takes into account the price of the Services and excludes only damage which could not have been foreseen at the time of conclusion of the Agreement.
-
The limitations of liability under this Article do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to damage to health or in other cases in which liability cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory provisions of law.
-
The Company is liable for defects in the Services in accordance with the Commercial Code, subject to the limitations of liability under this Article. In particular, the following are not considered defects in the Services: the fact that the indicative prices in the Works Price List, Calculations or AI Content do not correspond to reality, to the conditions of a specific project or to the User's expectations; short-term unavailability under Article XII point 5 of these GTC; or malfunction caused by the User's device, connection, settings or conduct.
-
The User is obliged to notify the Company of a defect without undue delay after its discovery by e-mail to the address set out in Article IX of these GTC, stating the identification of the Account, a description of the defect and the date of its discovery. The Company will respond to the notified defect within a reasonable period and will remedy an acknowledged defect within a period appropriate to its nature. The User's claims arising from defects in the Services are governed by the Commercial Code and apply subject to the limitations of liability under this Article.
-
The User is responsible for all of its activities in the Application; a breach of these GTC may lead to the blocking or cancellation of the Account.
Article XIV - Rules for the Use of the Services and Restrictions
- The User undertakes to use the Services, the Application and the Works Price List exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these GTC. The User undertakes that it will not, either itself or through third parties:
- breach applicable legal regulations, the rights of third parties or good morals,
- obtain, copy, extract or download the content of the Works Price List, Calculations, sets of works and materials or other databases of the Company by automated means (scraping, crawling, bots, scripts, APIs without the Company's consent) or systematically by manual means to a greater extent than is necessary for ordinary use of the Services,
- resell, rent, license, publish, distribute or otherwise make available to third parties the content of the Works Price List or other data of the Company, including in modified or derived form, or use them to create a competing product, database or price list,
- use the content of the Services to train, fine-tune or evaluate artificial intelligence models without the written consent of the Company,
- carry out reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly or any other attempt to obtain the source code, algorithms or system prompts of the Application, or create derivative works based on the Services,
- circumvent technical measures of the Application, in particular the locking of items in the Works Price List, Active Calculation limits or payment mechanisms, or create multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing the limits of the FREE Plan or OPEN,
- misuse the artificial intelligence functions, in particular attempt to manipulate the model (prompt injection), generate harmful content or impose excessive automated load,
- access the Services in a manner which could damage, overload or disrupt the Server, networks or systems of the Company or third parties, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Accounts, systems or networks,
- remove or alter copyright notices, trade marks or other designations of the Company in the Application or in exports containing them,
- impersonate another person or entity, or state false information in Quotations about its business, qualifications, references or reviews,
- use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) or to engage in fraudulent conduct towards Clients,
- store, create or share content which is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, dehumanising, degrading, pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, inciting violence, hatred or terrorism, depicting child sexual abuse, promoting serious harm to health, safety, property or the environment, infringing the rights of others (including copyright and the right to personal data protection) or promoting illegal products and services,
- publish personal data of other persons without a legal basis.
-
The Company is entitled, without prior notice, to remove or block content which it considers to be in breach of these GTC or legal regulations, to restrict or suspend access to the Services and, in the event of a serious or repeated breach, to cancel the Account. The Company is entitled to apply technical measures against automated access (e.g. rate limiting, IP address blocking).
-
The User acknowledges that a breach of the prohibitions under point 1 of this Article may constitute an infringement of the Company's database rights and copyright under the Copyright Act, and the Company is entitled to seek protection of its rights, including compensation for damage and surrender of unjust enrichment.
Article XV - Term and Termination of the Agreement, Deletion of the Account
-
The Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
-
The Agreement terminates:
- upon cancellation of the Account by the User in the Application or upon notice of termination given by the User without stating a reason,
- upon notice of termination given by the Company without stating a reason, with a notice period of 30 days,
- upon withdrawal by the Company with immediate effect if the User seriously or repeatedly breaches these GTC, in particular uses the Application outside the scope of the Licence or in breach of Article XIV of these GTC, or if it is proven that the User is not acting as a business within the meaning of Article III point 8 of these GTC,
- upon withdrawal by the User on the grounds set out in these GTC or in legal regulations,
- by agreement of the Parties as at the date specified in the agreement,
- upon the Account ceasing to exist in accordance with Article IV point 6 of these GTC.
-
Notice of termination or withdrawal may be given electronically (by e-mail to the address set out in Article IX of these GTC or to the User's e-mail address, as applicable) or in writing. Cancellation of the Account by the User in the Application is deemed to be notice of termination with immediate effect. Cancellation of the Paid Plan under Article VI point 5 of these GTC alone does not constitute termination of the Agreement; upon expiry of the Subscription Period, the Account switches to the FREE Plan.
-
If the Agreement terminates during a current Subscription Period, the User has the Paid Plan available until its expiry, unless the User expressly chooses immediate deletion of the Account or the Agreement terminated by withdrawal of the Company due to a breach of the GTC. The unused part of the Subscription Fee is not refunded, except where the Agreement terminates for reasons attributable to the Company and where required by mandatory provisions of law.
-
Prior to termination of the Agreement, the User is obliged to export all Information it wishes to retain. Following termination of the Agreement, the Company does not make a backup copy of the Information for the User.
-
Following termination of the Agreement, the Company will delete or irreversibly anonymise the User's Account and Information within 90 days at the latest, except for data which the Company is obliged or entitled to retain under legal regulations (in particular accounting and tax documents) or for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. Quotations made available to Clients via a link will cease to be available after deletion of the Account.
-
Termination of the Agreement is without prejudice to the provisions of these GTC which by their nature are intended to survive termination of the Agreement, in particular the provisions on copyright, liability, indemnification, service of documents and governing law.
Article XVI - Indemnification
- The User undertakes to indemnify the Company, its statutory representatives, employees and suppliers and hold them harmless against any claims of third parties, including Clients, liabilities, damage, fines and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use of the Services by the User; (b) the Information and content created, imported or shared by the User, including Quotations and Google Reviews; (c) the User's relationship with the Client; (d) a breach of these GTC by the User, including the untruthfulness of the declaration under Article III point 8 of these GTC; (e) a breach by the User of applicable legal regulations or the rights of third parties.
Article XVII - Service of Documents
-
The Parties have agreed that documents under these GTC shall be served electronically, by e-mail to the User's address stated in the Account or to the Company's e-mail address set out in Article IX of these GTC, as applicable, or by means of a notification in the Application, unless these GTC provide otherwise. An e-mail is deemed to have been delivered on the working day following its dispatch; a notification in the Application is deemed to have been delivered upon the User's first login to the Account after its publication, but no later than 15 days after its publication.
-
Notices of withdrawal from the Agreement and notices of termination may also be served by registered post to the address of the Company's registered office or to the User's address stated in the Account, as applicable. The consignment is deemed to have been delivered on the date of its receipt, the date of refusal to accept it or the third day after it was deposited at the post office, whichever occurs first.
-
The User is obliged to keep its e-mail address in the Account up to date and functional; the Company is not liable for failure to deliver a document due to an outdated or non-functional e-mail address of the User.
Article XVIII - Personal Data Protection
-
In connection with the formation and performance of the Agreement, personal data of the User or of persons acting on behalf of the User are processed. The Company processes such personal data as a controller in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and zákon č. 18/2018 Z. z. o ochrane osobných údajov a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov (Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts), as amended. Detailed information on the processing of personal data is set out in the privacy policy available on the Website in the Personal Data Protection section.
-
Personal data of Clients and other persons which the User inserts into the Application are processed by the Company on behalf of the User as a processor pursuant to Article 28 GDPR, exclusively for the purpose of providing the Services and in accordance with the documented instructions of the User contained in these GTC and in the settings of the Application. The terms of processing of personal data by the processor (including the list of sub-processors, security measures and transfers to third countries) are set out in the data processing agreement available on the Website in the Data Processing Agreement section, which forms an integral part of the Agreement.
-
The User, as the controller of the Clients' personal data, is responsible for the lawfulness of their processing, for fulfilling the information obligation towards Clients and for not inserting special categories of personal data into the Application unless this is necessary and lawful.
Article XIX - Force Majeure
-
The Company is not liable for any delay in or failure to perform its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, in particular natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, fires, floods, strikes, power or internet outages, cyber attacks, failure or change of third-party services (in particular providers of cloud infrastructure, the Payment Gateway, Google or providers of artificial intelligence models) or decisions of public authorities.
-
The Company will inform the User of the occurrence of force majeure circumstances where possible and will resume performance without undue delay after they cease. If force majeure circumstances last longer than 60 days, either Party is entitled to withdraw from the Agreement.
Article XX - Amendments to the GTC
-
The Company reserves the right to amend and supplement these GTC, in particular due to changes in legal regulations, changes in the scope or manner of provision of the Services, the introduction of new functions or Plans, changes in the terms of third parties or for the protection of the legitimate interests of the Company and Users.
-
The Company will notify the User of an amendment to the GTC at least 15 days before it takes effect by e-mail to the address stated in the Account or by a notification in the Application, and will publish the new version of the GTC on the Website stating its effective date. Amendments which are exclusively in favour of the User, correct obvious errors or result from changes in legal regulations may take effect on the date of publication.
-
If the User does not agree with an amendment to the GTC, it is entitled to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect before the amendment takes effect, by cancelling the Account or by notifying the Company. If the User does not terminate the Agreement within that period and continues to use the Services after the amendment takes effect, the User is deemed to have agreed to the amendment to the GTC.
-
Users who use only the Works Price List without Registration are subject to the version of the GTC published on the Website at the time of such use.
Article XXI - Final Provisions
-
These GTC enter into force and take effect on the date stated in their heading and are published on the Website. In relation to a specific User, they become binding at the moment of their acceptance in accordance with Article III of these GTC or, as the case may be, at the moment of use of the Website.
-
The Agreement and all legal relationships between the Company and the User arising upon its conclusion, out of it or in connection with it, including relationships with Users from other countries and relationships arising from the use of any Country Version, are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. In accordance with Section 262 of the Commercial Code, the Parties have agreed that their contractual relationship under and in connection with the Agreement is governed by the Commercial Code; in matters not regulated by the Commercial Code, the Civil Code, the Copyright Act and other legal regulations of the Slovak Republic shall apply. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
-
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Agreement which cannot be resolved amicably shall be decided by the courts of the Slovak Republic. The Parties have agreed that the court having local jurisdiction shall be the court in whose district the Company has its registered office, where such agreement is permitted by law; otherwise, local jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.
-
Deviations from these GTC are permitted only on the basis of a written agreement of the Parties. Individual arrangements in a written agreement shall prevail over these GTC.
-
If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, ineffective or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity, effectiveness and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The Parties undertake to replace such provision with a valid provision which, in its purpose and economic significance, comes closest to the original provision; until then, the relevant provisions of applicable legal regulations shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
-
The GTC are drawn up in the Slovak language. The Company may make translations of them available in other languages; in the event of any discrepancy, the Slovak version shall prevail over the translation.
-
The User is not entitled to assign or transfer any rights, benefits, receivables or obligations arising from these GTC or the Agreement to any third party without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company is entitled to transfer the rights and obligations under the Agreement to its legal successor or to a person who takes over the operation of the Application; the Company will inform the User of such transfer and a User who does not agree with the transfer is entitled to terminate the Agreement.
-
Failure by the Company to exercise any right under these GTC shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.
-
The headings of the Articles are for ease of reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these GTC.
-
The Plan Price List, the privacy policy and the data processing agreement, available on the Website, form an integral part of these GTC.
-
These GTC replace in their entirety all previous terms and conditions of the Company relating to the Application and the Services.
